My Family's Favorite Blueberry Muffins

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 1/2-2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (do not thaw, if frozen)
In a large bowl, cream together the oil and sugar. beat in the eggs and vanilla and milk.
In a separate bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, and flour.
Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture, just until blended
Gently fold in the blueberries.
